Delivery Information

Delivery Fees

To ensure you only pay the lowest possible delivery charge, we use a weight based delivery calculation for all orders. Delivery costs quoted on our website are less than the prices Royal Mail charge and we do not charge you anything for packaging costs. Cost of delivery is dependant upon total order weight. Each of our products have been assigned an actual weight and once you add an item to your cart / basket, you will then be given the option to view the total delivery price before you checkout simply by selecting your country. As you add more items to your cart, the weight will increase and this may mean the delivery price may increase. All UK orders totalling £150.00 or more will automatically qualify for FREE postage and packing! We use 'Parcelforce 48' for free delivery orders (regardless to your selection).

It does not commit you to any order when checking delivery costs until you checkout and make payment, you can simply remove the items from the cart / basket if you so wish.

Please ensure you do select the correct delivery method for your country.

Dispatch Information

We will always do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As a guide, our dispatch times are outlined below for your convenience.

  • Completed orders placed before 4.00pm (GMT) for in-stock items will be dispatched the same day.
  • Completed orders placed after 4.00pm (GMT) for in-stock items will be dispatched the next working day regardless to your delivery selection.
  • For all pre-order items (clearly stated in description) we dispatch within 3 - 5 working days. We collect pre-order items every Monday morning from our suppliers so your order will always be dispatched within this timescale. A confirmation email is always sent to you upon dispatch.
  • For Millie Grace designer wear, the items are handmade once you have ordered and are completed and dispatched within 2 - 4 weeks.
  • For Handmade Princess Tutu Dresses, the items are handmade once you have ordered and completed and dispatched within 2 weeks.
  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays and other public holidays.

Most of the items on our website are in-stock items ready for dispatch. Pre-order items are:

  • 4 piece suits 2-10 years
  • 5 piece suits 0-3 months to 10 years (we are now stocking many of the 5 piece suits from 0-3 months up to 18-24 months, so if you require a suit urgently please email us to see if we have it in stock)
  • Trousers & Waistcoats 2-10 years
  • Bridesmaid / Flower Girl / Communion Dresses 2-10 years
  • Long & Short Sleeved Satin Bolero's 2-10 years

Delivery Options & Timescales

Please note: the following timescales have been taken from the Royal Mail website and are estimated only. Actual delivery time is dependant on your local delivery service. Timescales quoted are after the date of dispatch. Working days are Monday - Friday only. All order's weighing over 2kg are automatically sent via Parcelforce regardless to delivery selection (see below).
If your order consists of a pre-order item as outlined in the description of the item and above, you will still have to allow upto 3 - 5 working days before dispatch of your full order via the delivery method selected.

United Kingdom (including NI) - 1st Class Standard Delivery

A standard Royal Mail delivery service. Most orders received within 1 - 2 working days after the date of dispatch (excluding bank holidays).

United Kingdom (including NI) - 1st Class Recorded Delivery

A trackable Royal Mail delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. Most orders received within 1 - 2 working days after the date of dispatch (excluding bank holidays).

United Kingdom (including NI) - Special Delivery

If you select Special Delivery, we will send your order using one of the following two delivery services based on the weight of your parcel:

Next Day Special Delivery (for order's under 2kg in weight) - A fast, secure and reliable Monday to Friday only service that guarantees delivery the next working day after the date of dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Parcelforce 48 (for order's over 2kg in weight) - A trackable Parcelforce delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. Most orders received within 48 working hours after the date of dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Europe (EU) (including S.Ireland)

International Standard - a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery aim of 4-6 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

International Tracked & Signed - a secure delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery (includes overseas tracking to certain countries). Delivery aim estimated 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

USA and Canada

International Standard - a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery aim of 7-10 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

International Tracked & Signed - a secure delivery service, complete with tracking that requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery aim estimated 5-7 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

International Tracked - Priority Handling - a fast, secure and reliable service with priority handling, complete with tracking from UK until destination. Delivery aim estimated 4-6 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

Australia & New Zealand

International Standard - a standard delivery service with an estimated delivery aim of 7-10 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

International Signed - a secure delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery aim estimated 5-7 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

International Tracked - Priority Handling - a fast, secure and reliable service with priority handling, complete with tracking from UK until destination. Delivery aim estimated 6 working days after the date of dispatch, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.

Parcelforce

If your total order weighs over 2kg, it will automatically be sent via Parcelforce regardless to your selection (delivery charges on our checkout reflect this service). Parcelforce UK delivery aim within 48 working hours, Parcelforce International EU delivery aim is from 3 working days, and RofW from 5 working days, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local courier service.

UK Deliveries Only

The Royal Mail delivery worker will leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery confirming if your item has been left in a safe place or returned back to your local RM collection office. Recorded & Special Delivery items are only kept at your main local collection depot for one week so please ensure you collect the item within this timescale. If it is not collected after 7 days, the item will be returned to us which will incur more postage costs made payable by you to enable us to send the item to you again.

If you have not received your order after the timescale above from dispatch, please contact your main local RM collection depot for your area as the Royal Mail delivery worker may not of left a card through your door which we have found is in most cases and so your order maybe awaiting redelivery / collection. If it is not there, please contact us to explain that you have not received your order. You will need to provide us with your order number so we are able to locate your order details on our database. If you selected a trackable delivery service, we will track your order on the Royal Mail website for you and email you with an update.

It is strongly recommended that the delivery option you select is trackable (recorded or special delivery) to enable us to track the location of your parcel in the event of a delay. If you do select a standard delivery option without tracking (eg standard 1st class), we will not be held responsible for any lost parcels. We will be happy to provide you with the proof of posting so you can make a claim. A UK parcel is classed as missing after 15 working days.

EU / USA / CA / AU / NZ Deliveries

Your local postal delivery worker will leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery confirming if your item has been left in a safe place or returned back to your post office / collection office.

If you have not received your order after the timescale above from dispatch, please contact your main local postal service to see if they are holding the parcel for you. If it is not there, please contact us to explain that you have not received your order. You will need to provide us with your order number so we are able to locate your order details on our database. If you selected a trackable delivery service, we will track your order on your main postal service's website and email you with an update.

It is strongly recommended that the delivery option you select is trackable to enable us to track the location of your parcel in the event of a delay. If you do select a standard delivery option without tracking (eg international standard), we will not be held responsible for any lost parcels. We will be happy to provide you with the proof of posting so you can make a claim. An EU parcel is classed as lost after 30 working days and a USA/CA/AU/NZ parcel after 35 working days.
