DISPATCH INFORMATION

Completed orders placed by 1pm for in-stock items will be dispatched the same day (next working day if placed after 1pm). For all pre-order items (clearly stated in description) we dispatch within 5 working days. A confirmation email is always sent to you upon dispatch.

Most of the items on our website are in stock items ready for dispatch. Pre-order items are:
4 piece suits 2-10 years
5 piece suits 0-3 months to 10 years (not tux suits)
Bridesmaid / Flower Girl / Communion Dresses 2-10 years

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays and other public holidays.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

DELIVERY TIMESCALE	Delivery Aim - please note these timescales have been taken from the Royal Mail website. Actual delivery is dependant on your local delivery service
UK (inc NI) - 1st class recorded delivery	Requires a signature upon delivery. Most orders received within 1-2 working days after the date of dispatch
UK (inc NI) - Special Delivery	A fast, secure and reliable service that guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day after the date of dispatch Monday to Friday (this service does not offer a Saturday delivery). If your order consists of a pre-order item (clearly stated in the description) and you select this service, you will still have to allow upto 5 working days before dispatch of your full order. Once you have received a dispatch email from us you will receive your order the next working day.
EU (inc S.Ireland) - Airmail 'ISF'	Secure delivery that requires a signature upon delivery.  Delivery aim estimated 3 - 5 working days after the date of dispatch although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service
USA / CA - Airmail 'Airsure'	A fast, secure and reliable service with priority handling, complete with tracking from UK until destination. Delivery aim estimated 4 working days after the date of dispatch although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service
AU - Airmail 'ISF'	Secure delivery that requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery aim estimated 7 working days after the date of dispatch although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service
NZ - Airmail 'Airsure'	A fast, secure and reliable service with priority handling, complete with tracking from UK until destination. Delivery aim 6 working days after the date of dispatch although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service
Parcelforce	Regardless to your selection, if your total order weighs over 2kg, it will automatically be sent via Parcelforce.  Parcelforce UK delivery aim within 48 hours, Parcelforce International EU delivery aim is from 3 working days and RofW from 5 working days, although not guaranteed as this is dependant on your local postal service.
Please note that with all of the above, if your order is a pre-order item (clearly stated in the description), it will still take upto 5 working days before your order is dispatched by us.

Please note:  All deliveries require a signature at the address stated on your order so we are unable to put notes on your parcel e.g. leave in shed, porch, neighbour etc. This is a Royal Mail policy.

All purchases are dispatched to you in colourful, water-proof polythene bags.

UK Only - The Royal Mail delivery worker will leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery.  Recorded Delivery items are only kept at your main local collection depot for one week so please ensure you collect the item within this timescale.  If it is not collected after 7 days, the item will be returned to us which will incur more postage costs made payable by you to enable us to send the item to you again.

If you have not received your order after 5 days of purchase, please contact your main local collection depot as the Royal Mail delivery worker may not of left a card through your door which is in most cases.  If it is not there, please contact us to explain that you have not received your item.  You will need to provide us with your order information so we are able to track your order on our database.  We will then track your order on the Royal Mail website for you and email you with an update.

Please be aware that if an order is sent to a different delivery address than the billing address, we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels as we are unable to make a claim with Royal Mail unless an order is sent to the cardholders address.  We will be happy to provide you with the proof of posting and tracking information so you can make a claim if this is the case.

DELIVERY CHARGES

To ensure you only pay the lowest possible delivery charge, we use a weight based delivery calculation for all orders using the exact prices from Royal Mail.  Cost of delivery is dependant upon total order weight.  Each of our products have been assigned an actual weight and once you add an item to your cart / basket, you will then be given the option to view the total delivery price before you checkout simply by selecting your country.  As you add more items to your cart, the weight will increase and this may mean the delivery price may increase.  All orders totalling £150.00 or more will automatically qualify for FREE postage and packing!

It does not commit you to any order when checking delivery costs until you checkout and make payment, you can simply remove the items from the cart / basket if you so wish.
