How to use our Website
Shopping with us could not be made any easier. This website has been designed to give you a hassle-free experience so you can sit back, relax and browse / buy at your leisure. It is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking!
● Select your currency from the shopping cart on the right to display prices in your own currency (UK pound sterling is set as default).
● Browse through the product range by clicking on any of the categories/tabs/menu on the homepage.
● As you view the product range, if you see something you like, simply select the size you require and click on add to cart which will be displayed next to the product (this does not commit you to purchase the product as you can remove products out of your cart at anytime).
● When you have finished, click on Checkout (top right). Follow the on-screen process to complete checkout.
● Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will be packed and dispatched to you within 24-48 hours. If ordering a pre-order item (all 5-piece suits, 2-10 years suits and 2-10 years bridesmaid dresses), we will email you with a delivery date.
Delivery
We dispatch orders within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of payment. You can also collect your order to save on P&P if you live in the Blackpool and The Fylde area. This is by prior appointment only, please email us once order is complete (please select 'collection in person' on the P&P list when you checkout).
We dispatch all orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays etc.
Any orders made after 12pm Friday will be dispatched Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday, we will dispatch Tuesday.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery / Next Day Special Delivery (on request) within the UK. A signature will be required. For Europe, America and Canada, we use Airmail Standard / Airmail International Signed For (on request).
Royal Mail aim to deliver UK 1st class recorded delivery within 1-2 working days, EU Airmail delivery within 3-5 working days and USA / Canada Airmail delivery within 5-10 working days.
All purchases are dispatched to you in colourful polythene bags.
UK only - The Royal Mail delivery worker will leave a card through your door if you are not in at the time of delivery. Recorded Delivery items are only kept at your main local collection depot for one week so please ensure you collect the item within this timescale. If it is not collected after 7 days, the item will be returned to us which will incur more postage costs made payable by you to enable us to send the item to you again.
If you have not received your item after 7 days of purchase, please contact your main local collection depot as the Royal Mail delivery worker may not of left a card through your door. If it is not there, please contact us to explain that you have not received your item. You will need to provide us with your order information so we are able to track your order on our database. We will then track your order on the Royal Mail website for you and email you with an update.
Postage
We only charge you once per order, not per item. Prices vary depending on total order amount. Please see table for prices. (You will need to select which price for postage at checkout). All orders totalling £100.00 or more will automatically qualify for FREE postage and packing.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select the wrong delivery method at checkout and pay the incorrect charge, we will send an invoice to your email account for the remainder (to be paid via Paypal or Debit/Credit Card). Orders will only be despatched once the remainder has been paid. If you do not pay the remainder within 14 days, we will cancel your order and refund you.
Payment
You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We use PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal is 100% secure and safe and is handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages. Please be rest assured that we will never see your payment details. The only information that is sent to us is your purchase(s) information and address details, which is solely used to process your order and dispatch your purchase(s). We do not disclose any of this information onto third parties/companies.
We also accept offline payments (UK ONLY). See below for more information.
Credit/Debit Card - We accept all major credit/debit cards, MasterCard, Visa etc. We use PayPal as our payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'use your credit card ...' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
PayPal - this is a safe and easy payment gateway and takes you a few minutes to set-up an account. You can pay with all major debit/credit cards or your bank account via PayPal. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'sign up' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page.
Existing PayPal Account Holders - pay with all major debit/credit cards, your bank account or PayPal balance. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'log into your account' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
Cash - although this is not a recommended option, we will accept cash as long as it is sent to us by recorded or special delivery in a concealed envelope. Please select the option 'pay by postal order' at checkout and you will be provided with the address to the send the cash to.
Returns Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all buyers are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period for online transactions whereby a buyer can request an exchange or cancel their order and request a refund within 7 days of receipt. We then allow an additional 7 days once you have contacted us to return your order for an exchange or refund, totalling 14 days from receipt (your order will be returned back to you if received after 14 days of receipt).
All we ask is you follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth hassle-free return.
You will not be eligible for an exchange or refund if you make a return request after 7 days of receipt. Please do not ask us to amend our policy to suit you as we treat all customers fairly and equally. Also, under no circumstances will we exchange or refund an item(s) until we have received the item(s) back.
Exchanges
● Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your original order number and the size/colour you would like to exchange for.
● We will email you back to let you know if the required size/colour is in stock. We will also provide you with the full returns address. Once confirmed, we allow a further 7 days for you to return the item(s) along with details of your name and order number.
● Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt. We will then inspect* the item(s) and send your exchange.
● You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by recorded delivery.
inspect* - items must be returned to us in their original condition. They must be unworn and all labels and tags must remain attached, along with the original packaging. Any items found to be soiled, damaged, appear to of been worn, washed or repaired or the tags removed will be exempt from this returns policy so no exchange/refund will be given and the order will be returned to you. Also, cover packaging to our items is required to be intact with no rips / tears / tape attached etc and shoe boxes need to be intact with no damage (please return in the bubble wrap they were sent in). If packaging is received damaged, a 10% fee will apply to cover the costs of re-packaging.
Refunds
● Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your original order number.
● We will email you back to confirm receipt of your email requesting a return and provide you with our full returns address. Once confirmed, we allow a further 7 days for you to return your item(s) along with details stating your name and order number.
● Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt of item(s). We will then inspect* the item(s) and issue you a full refund of the purchase amount and will email you again to confirm refund.
● You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by recorded delivery.

Faulty / Damaged / Not as described Item(s)
We check all item(s) prior to dispatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an item(s) that is damaged, faulty or not as described, please follow the exchange procedure. We will pay for all postage costs (upto the value of the original charge). PLEASE NOTE: any faults need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt or they will simply be treated as a normal exchange.

Please Note
We are a small family run business and not a large mail order company and only have limited quantities of stock. We would appreciate it if customers did not buy several items with the intention of returning some of them. This is why we list all measurements but if you are unable to make up your mind on size, please email us and we will be happy to help which might help you in your decision, and save both you and us unnecessary expense.
