How to use our Website
Shopping with us could not be made any easier.  This website has been designed to give you a hassle-free experience so you can sit back, relax and browse / buy at your leisure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  It is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking!

• Select your currency from the shopping cart on the right to display prices in your own currency (UK pound sterling is set as default).

• Browse through the product range by clicking on any of the categories/tabs/menu on the homepage.

• As you view the product range, if you see something you like, simply select the size you require and click on add to cart which will be displayed next to the product (this does not commit you to purchase the product as you can remove products out of your cart at anytime).

• When you have finished, click on Checkout (top right). Follow the on-screen process to complete checkout.

• Once you have completed the checkout process and made payment, your order will be packed and dispatched to you.  If placed before 1pm, your order will be dispatched same day (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).  If ordering a pre-order item clearly stated in the description, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

• A confirmation email of your order will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order and then a dispatch email will be sent once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please Note
We are a small family run business and not a large mail order company and only have limited quantities of stock.  We would appreciate it if customers did not buy several items with the intention of returning some of them.  This is why we list all measurements but if you are unable to make up your mind on size, please email us and we will be happy to help which might help you in your decision, and save both you and us unnecessary expense.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.  When you place an order on childrensspecialoccasionwear.co.uk, our checkout pages are 100% secure and safe and handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages to protect your personal details so please be rest assured that we will never see your payment details.  The only information that is sent to us is your purchase(s) information and address details, which is solely used to process your order and dispatch your purchase(s).  Your email address is solely used for sending you order updates and replying to emails that you have sent us.  We do not disclose any of this information onto third parties/companies nor we do use your information for marketing purposes.  It is our policy never to spam customers with information that does not relate to their order.
