• For all handmade items (made-to-order / forward-order as stated in product details), please allow the sufficient time as quoted when you selected the size.
• Please Note: In stock items purchased with a pre-order / handmade item will always be put aside for you until all items are in stock and ready for dispatch. If you require them to be sent separately, please ensure you place separate orders.

Our Returns Policy

• You can request an exchange or refund via email within 28 days of receipt of your order (exclusions apply - see below).
• To give you peace of mind, all returns are dealt with the same day of receipt (if a working day).
• The following items are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons: Bibs, Frilly Pants/Knickers, Headbands, Socks & Tights.
  Handmade / Made-to-Order items are also excluded from our returns policy once work has commenced eg Millie Grace garments, Busy B's Bridals garments, Emmerling garments, Peridot garments, Buttonholes.
